1. You upload your Exchange database file (.edb) to our encrypted SSL ftp server.

 

2. We perform our recovery service on your Exchange files.

 

3. You download your restored files.

 

4. We remove your files from our server, after your confirm the restore was succesful.

Question: Is my Exchange database file secure and will it be erased when the work is complete?

 

Answer: Your Exchange files are uploaded and stored on an encrypted FTP file server. Once the recovery is complete, all of your files are removed from our servers. At no point do any of your emails get opened.
